Take a trip in the desert with Greg Watson, Jack Brown and the Off-R-Rockers 4WD group to the Corona Mine in Jail Canyon, Death Valley. A side stop after the trip to visit Ballarat and the trading post, gravesite, and homestead of Seldom Seen Slim. Greg: "A special thanks to Jack Brown for giving me a ride on this trip". This is a really neat trip to an old time gold mine with a lot of interesting artifacts that are still preserved to this day.  The Corona Mine has been in production since 1899. See the map below for a location.

Greg Watson is an outdoor enthusiast and wildlife photographer from Ridgecrest, Ca, in the middle of the Mojave Desert. His nickname "Snakeman" is well deserved as he has the ability to find and photograph hundreds of reptiles each year in the desert. He is also an avid explorer of old sites like this one. Thanks Greg for sharing this!
