In the desert took another trip to Lost Spring Mesa to look at other areas on the mesa and Lost Spring Mountain. This is an interesting trip and at times a little challenging. 4 wheel drive is a must and you need a camera!
If you think this trip is the same as our last trip, you're in for a big surprise. We found an interesting ,to say the least, rock formation that made the whole trip worth while! You'll have to watch the video/slideshow to see what that was! Total miles for this trip - 42 miles and it took 7.2 hours, which included several stops along the way. We also looked for 2 areas that were located on a topo as "prospects", they turned out to be nothing of interest. And we stopped at the "waterglyph". And more!
Lost Spring Trip, Video/Slideshow
The challenging parts of this trip are on this video. Also a really neat find we made is shown here, plus more!
