This trip in the desert was originally published by "Bud" Sanders for the St. George Jeepers and is published here with Bud Sanders permission. The St. George Jeepers is a group of off-road enthusiasts that have their base of operations in St. George, Utah.
This trip originates just inside the Arizona border a few miles south of St. George, Utah. There are a couple sections of trail on this trip that may prove difficult, you've been warned, don't go alone!
Bud does an excellent job of writing the trip descriptions and photographing these trips. He also gives the viewer a lot of interesting information about the surrounding area.
This trip, including photographs, are published in a PDF format. You will need a PDF reader to view this document. If you don't have a PDF reader, then here are links to two common ones you can dowload, they are free.

Everybody getting aired down and ready to go just off I-15 at the Black Rock exit-27. This trip was lead by Gus and Sandy Peterson. Jim Beller in his Isuzu was the tail gunner.
Phil & Joan Hayes: "Hopefully, this will bring attention to taking care of our public lands, so they can remain beautiful and avaialble for off road travel".
We would certainly like to publish more of the St. George Jeepers trips here in the desert. They follow the rules and keep areas they visit clean and natural and they do take some very exciting daytrips in the desert. Thanks for sharing!
