Photography for everyone

During our brief journey in the desert we saw at least a dozen other vehicles with people out taking photographs of the fall colors. This is something that a lot of people look forward to capturing with their cameras. It is amazing how many colors and how bright the colors can be in the higher elevations of the desert. The color and contrast can be overwhelming. Not just yellow aspens but also the red maples make for a splash of color that is just really neat. Our FJ Cruiser seemed to fit right in with the color variations. Take some time and drive up into the higher elevations and take in the view yourself.
Don't be satisfied just watching this slide show -- go out and take some photographs yourself and if nothing else see what the fall colors in your area are like. It really doesn't matter if you're in the desert or not, you'll really enjoy yourself and it'll give you a break from the rigors of daily life.
